> After recent resurfacing along Halswell junction road many of the services (manholes etc) have been left a lot lower than new surface creating dangerous driving conditions not to mention the damaging effects this is having on vehicles. Have seen many a car swerving dangerously to avoid them resulting in a few near misses. This is very disappointing and dangerous for a newly surfaced road. As per my legal advice I have been getting my vehicle checked weekly and compiling a report
