> I'm sick and tired of contacting this council! over the months I have brought to your attention the poor state of garden maintenance in Waitikiri subdivision. Dead plants need replacing. Missing time needs replacing. BlackBerry and willows need removing from around Millpond (pond) Please not our Granddaughter became entangled in the BlackBerry this is a health and safety issue.
