> footpaths along 16 Felstead Place are in extremely poor condition due to tree roots disturbance(and have been for years).It causes residents to walk on the road rather than on the footpath.My husband is still dealing with shoulder injuries from a fall when he was running and tripped on the roots.my daughter tripped last night also which is what is leading me to report it.I understand a neighbour has reported it months ago.We feel no action is being taken as we are a culdesac,despite rates we pay
