> Prior to the camera being set up to deter rubbish dumping in Ward Street, this was a common sight, rubbish arranged neatly at 63 Ward Street. The camera seemed to put a stop to it so I assume the person doing so was one of the people spoken to by the council. Maybe he has started again. A look at the camera will hopefully provide the answer.
