> Hello we are residence on Rowan Ave and since we have moved in this house has been empty it has been gutted it’s just a frame the lawns are mowed now and then we just want to know how a house can sit like that do they pay rates houses are being sold and done up in our area yet that house is an eyesore there’s rats and stray cats that are under the house as a resident in the local area I’d like to see the houses around us not dropping the price of ours how do we deal with this is this house legal
