> The rubbish bin that was adjacent to the children's playground at Parnham Reserve, Mt Pleasant, has been removed. The bin is relied upon by dog walkers and families using the play equipment. Assume it was removed as part of the recent pruning work undertaken. When is a new bin going to be reinstated please? It would be better located elsewhere in the reserve, not so close to the play area.
