> CCC tree in reserve area cnr Mokihi Gardens and Seager Lane that has over time outgrown its space - is now creating shade across our very small yard area which was shade free when we moved into our house. Creating dampness and slippery concrete surface for us and unable to dry washing even on a good day. Needs thinning and/or height removed from it. We love trees and plants but this is now a problem for us.
