> Commercial vehicle tipper DGN227 parked in a no commercial vehicle parking area. Vehicle is parked here before between the hrs of 5.30pm 6.30 am mon - fri and all weekend and leaks diesel on the road and into the drains which ECan have already inspected and advised its the council territory. We expect a letter to the driver and or business firm enough to combat this poor behaviour once and for all and the expectation all the diesel the vehicle is continuing to spill is cleaned up.
