> This rubbish has been dumped in my red bin, making the bin very full and unable to close. Also it's cardboard and should be in the yellow bin and it's not our rubbish. This is not the first time this has happened. Owners details on sticker, they live in Papanui so shouldn't be dumping their rubbish in Ilam.
