> Kia Ora CCC, Could a set of painted yellow no-parking lines be considered outside The Stables daycare on Sutherlands Road? My 2 year old daughter attends and my infant son will start soon. I take them down and pick them up by car and by cargo bike, weather dependent. Exiting is challenging as the parked cars obstruct sight of the Sparks Rd and Sutherlands Rd corner, as well as down Sutherlands Rd. The photos are the view with two small parked cars - it gets worse with vans.
