> Red bin wasn’t emptied properly on Wednesdays rubbish collection. Bin wasn’t over packed or anything, everything is very mush free moving within the bin, just not tipped properly. Partner reckon he rung CCC Thursday morning as was told to leave bin out as someone will be here in next day or 2 to empty. Bin is still sitting curb side not emptied.
