> Hi there, the section next door is being developed and they have just put down some lush ready lawn on the grass verge. In doing so they have ruined the grass verge outside my house and have not put down any grass seed to repair the damage. Who is responsible for fixing this? The developer or the City Council as owner of the grass verge?
