> Me (100 Farrington Ave) and my neighbours can barely access our driveways due to clogged storm drains. The heavy winds today blew the leaves off the big trees across the road and completely consumed half the road, the gutters, grass berms, sidewalks and driveways. Then the heavy rain resulted in clogged drains and flooding. It has made the area unsafe for cars and pedestrians, and numerous properties are barely accessible from the street without walking through almost knee deep water
