> Rooney contracting is doing a subdivision and all of their fencing has blown over and hasn't been delt with all weekend, some of this was on the roadway yesterday. this creates unsafe driving conditions and workable. strong winds were forecast and no measures were taken to prevent the fencing being blown over or checked on to make sure the site was safe
