> contractors have recently repaired the road surface without fixing the leak in the road which caused the road surface to break apart in the first place... water is now coming through the new road surface in the same spot. Gently suggest that the leak is fixed before resurfacing. 2 X leaks are present, main one towards the left of the 'fixed' asphalt, other towards the right side
