> Cashmere drain has suffered badly from release of flood waters from the valley retention ponds. Damage occurs to our bank everytime this happens. We are losing integrity of bank. Historic stone wall has been damaged. Stones have been carried far down the stream. Council promised mitigation measures, but nothing has been put in place.
