# Pavement - Damaged, 281 Marine Dr, Canterbury, Governors Bay 8971, New Zealand

Governors Bay, Christchurch · filed 23 June 2026 · report 8464745
https://www.chch.live/report/8464745

> Degraded gutter is causing significant water flow into downhill properties. It has contributed to two major landslips (283 and 291 marine drive and major flooding and land scouring to ours - 281). 291 has land slipped all the way to the beach and over the coastal track (as you will know already). Berm has been cleared. Can you please repair the gutters and raise their height to deflect water flow? We believe this is a significant contributing factor to the 2018 and 2026 landslips and flooding
