> Good morning, Following recent roof replacement works, it appears the downpipe now discharges directly onto the public footpath. I am concerned this creates a potential slip hazard, particularly during winter where water may freeze, and over time may promote algae and moss growth. Can Council please confirm whether this arrangement has been approved and complies with current building and stormwater requirements, or advise what action will be taken to ensure this is corrected?
