# General Request, 325 Montreal Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand

Christchurch Central City, Christchurch · filed 24 June 2026 · report 8467073
https://www.chch.live/report/8467073

> Abandoned delapidated house which had been boarded up seems to have been broken into and may have homeless people living in it. I've seen pizza boxes, energy drink cans, a pair of gumboots and a chair for getting in and out of the window. This poses a health and safety risk for the people living in here and the general public. Major fire risk if the people in the house use a gas burner to keep warm. Please can you pass this onto FENZ or the Police?
