> once again stuck in a traffic jam on rossall Street which is far worse since the new traffic lights were installed at the rossall ,heaton, glandovey, strowan intersection. it is school time now but that shouldn't matter. At 4pm the queue is ever worse. meanwhile there are no queues waiting from Heaton or Glandovey road. please sort the light phasing out. 30s is not enough time to keep traffic moving
