> Hi there, My name is Nisha and i am the new owner of 22 besant place avondale house. Its happened twice that someone has put rubbish in our bin. Today it was supposed to be a bin day and we did put our red bun out with proper waste but someone has put a whole broken fan in our red bin. Please also see the note that we had received and also someone has written on our rubbish bin lid with a marker. We don’t wanna get a fine from the council as we both owner are student and can’t afford. Thnk
