> Water pouring out of a black Toby box at the edge of the footpath and running down the gutter on Lydbury Place. The flow noticed Thursday but could have been leaking longer and got worse. A row of sand fumeroles is probably undermining the ground below. Probably about the same rate as you’d run a bath, or more! Unknown property as it could be a shared Toby with all 9A-9D.
