> Chin-Up station bar diameter is far in excess of the recommended 32mm for correct balance between grip strength and targeted muscle groups in arms and back. Large diameter bar challenges grip strength, particularly for smaller hands, to the extent that chin-ups cannot be performed effectively. Recommend replacing bars with ~32mm diameter.
