> There is a water stop-valve located just outside my property boundary near the footpath. It has no handle attached, and water slowly leaks and pools around it — even when the valve is fully closed. When I had it closed for few hours few days ago, it completely filled up the ground cavity. It looks like an underground leak or a faulty valve. Please send someone to inspect and repair. Location 37 sayers crescent. Outside by the footpath.
