> Water mains Toby cover has been removed. Sometime in the night someone has turned off our water and taken the cover. This is happening regularly, the water has been turned every week or two. This time the cover has been removed too, leaving a hole in the footpath - I'd hate for someone to hurt themselves. Are we able to get a lockable or tamper-proof tap or cover? Happy to pay for it. Would you like me to file a police report or is that something you do? Thanks
