> Hi, I understand construction can cause damage. However the public footpath is currently not accessible/ passable and the fencing is also encroaching on the footpath. Both the damage needs mitigation and the fence should be moved to within the boundary of the property. Wheelchair users or pram pushers are currently unable to use this public walk way.
