> Good morning. Our red bin was missing this morning when I came to bring it back into the house. I can only assume it has dropped in to the rubbish van when it was being emptied. I have been told this does happen. Please advise what I should do. Our bin is the only one placed in this location as per the photo. I have checked with immediate neighbours.
