> At the Sumner beach Esplanade toilets opposite Marriner street end. Toilets x two have no liquid soap dispensers so hand wash not possible. One toilet also has a missing seat ( plastic attachment has been removed- refer photos). Situation has been like this for a long time. Many people use this area every day.
