> A few months ago the City Council ripped up and completely replaced the asphalt paving of the footpaths along London Street and up Perth Street. Even more recently, after the new smooth footpath had been paved, some other infrastructure contractors dug it up and have never come back to replace it. What a waste of Rate Payers money. Local Residents are now left with an unsightly trip hazard that needs to be fixed.
