> excessive party noise and screaming coming from the company ICS cable (located between superheat and spectrum print) the party, music, screaming is on the back , the outdoor side facing the Heathcote river. it gets carried over the river to my house and it's ongoing from six in the evening. might even be earlier but that was the time I got home
