> Neighbour seen waving chainsaw around chopping trees and shrubs in Laura Kent Reserve yesterday. presumably wanting to get more sun into his property at 9 Laura Kent Pl but has gone well beyond that. young totara, pseudopanex, lemonwood, ngaio, etc chopped Has previously felled larger trees. Tried speaking to him but didn't want to engage. Chinese so maybe language issues.
