> This car has been parked for more than six weeks outside our house. No one moves it. It sits there all day and night. We have no idea who owns it or if it has been stolen. Of course, if it’s owned by a neighbour, then fine. But we aren’t used to vehicles never moving. I’ve notified the police and they told me to notify the Council.
