> I reported this abandoned recycling bin on the 30th of June. I was contacted by the council to say it belonged to the Kainga Ora social housing at 11/30 Ward Street and could I return it to where it belongs. I wrote the address on it, returned it and now it's back. Time for Plan B? Maybe it's worth asking Kainga Ora if they know why the bin is being dumped at the other end of Ward Street?
