> Stewart Street: we have had months of people parking on what I presume is CERA owned land on the corner of Stewart / Horatio streets. Our street is continuously muddy, and looks a real mess. People drive through the mud and down the street. It is time this was sorted out please. Also The yellow fire main cover opposite our gate at number 34 is loose, and makes a clatter 24/7 as traffic drive over it. Enough to disturb sleep. Would be grateful if Council would fix this.
