> I have just submitted a report on the road surface at this location. This report relates to the appalling state of the gutters in Selwyn Ave, Akaroa.The badly broken, cracked and washed away gutters are creating ever increasing holes and water is running under the road and will soon undermine the integrity of the road and cause further slumping and damage to the road and gutters. Urgency required please.
