> Water is seeping onto the property from the footpath/road area down onto the upper driveway (CCC-owned) and through the retaining walls (2) onto the lower driveway beside the house. The area is very slippery and getting worse. One of the occupants is wheelchair bound and it’s dangerous negotiating this to load into the car.
