> Serious Health and Safety issue— this deep puddle stretches across the footpath. The water is deep and the sunken pond is slippery. It will be treacherous on these frosty morning and evenings. The blind and partially will not see this dangerous water and they will trip and fall into the water or the hard footpath. Seniors and disabled at risk. At night, the lightning is poor in this area. The puddle must be filled in and the footpath surface leveled as soon as possible The public safety first
