> The berm outside 91 Ashgrove Terrace is very wet and muddy despite no rain in the last couple of days. The water is covering the adjacent footpath while the surrounding footpath is dry. I opened the water meter and didn’t see a leak however have included a photo of the meter to show that it is nearby (next to the white retaining wall, below the letterbox). Because of the hard frost overnight, the water on the footpath had turned to ice, posing a danger to local residents.
