> there is a low bank of loose gravel on the curve of flockton street. it has been there since the road was resealed a couple months ago. it is right in the path of any cyclists traveling down flockton street. it is practically invisible at night and very hard to see even during the day. I've seen one school kid take a spill off his bike a couple weeks ago. and have almost crashed a couple times myself when biking home in the evening. only a matter of time before someone suffers a serious injury.
