> I have had a van parked outside my address for 8 days and it hasn’t moved. It has created a safety hazard when we try and reverse out our driveway as our view is obstructed and we can’t see traffic coming down Richmond Ave. The fact that it hasn’t moved once within 8 days is very annoying and inconsiderate.
