> 5 trucks within about 10 minutes lumbering down Kilmarnock St. Was not aware that this street was an open throughway for vehicles if this size. It is an everyday all day occurrence. Half of Kilmarnock was repaired after the earthquakes (between railway and Dean’s Ave), with the remainder just patched. Those patches are now becoming worn and there are holes.
