> Big ute with large wide trailer from Baldies Property Care parked in and completely blocking separated cycleway (the Papanui Parallel), forcing vulnerable cyclists out onto the road! The contractor was working on a property with a long driveway and there was also several free on-street parking spots on the opposite side of the road!
