> Flockton Street has been closed off for the better part of a year. Not long after it opened up pot holes are appearing all along. If I was the Christchurch City Council I’d be asking the contractor for my money back. The road falling apart this quickly makes one wonder the quality of the new road construction. The entrance on one end was particularly effected by all the heavy machinery ripping up the road there as well. Hope someone looks into this, starting to turn into a real mess.
