> Kowhai tree appears dead, no green foliage for a year. It has a bugs in the branches that may be spreading to other trees. Branches are rotting and weak. Possibly lemon tree borer. On the Glen Oaks reserve outside 14a Saracen Ave Northwood. Can it please be removed.
