> VANDALISM: How long does our city need to be held ransom to youths causing wilful damage and destruction to public property, enabled by Lime / Flamingo E-Scooters. There is absolutely no need for these E-Scooters to be allowed to operate on public parks / landscaped areas. They need to be more regulated. Geolocation and speed restrictions need to be more heavily applied to avoid ongoing damage and destruction.
