> The parking area at the rear of Jacques Apartments on Aubrey Street desperately needs weed spraying. In addition the small wooden retaining rail next to the footpath route into Jacques apartments needs attention - it is damaged and gravel spills down onto the pedestrian footpath which could be a slip hazard. Myself and other members of the Body Corp do sweep this back but it is an ongoing issues. There are also some potholes in this area.
