> I have noticed this caravan has been parked on the end of Boyne avenue Northcote for quite a long time and it's blocking everybody. The road is slightly narrow and it's no exit road especially parked almost the end of the road. Even I noticed when the rubbish truck bins collector comes it makes it a bit hard to grap or do a U trun. Also I have noticed this caravan registration and weren't fitness has been expired.
