> Footpath hazard due to Natural Spring coming out of service/ utility box. Spring appears to be on the CCC side of the boundary, in the gravel of the services trenches being bought to the surface from hydrostatic pressure where the recent excavation was. See photos for communication with Michael Turner at ccc who suggested re reporting as a natural spring hazard.
