# Traffic Signals, Coutts Island War Memorial Reserve 101 Dickeys Road, Coutts Island, Christchurch 7670, New Zealand

Coutts Island, Christchurch · filed 21 July 2026 · report 8608670
https://www.chch.live/report/8608670

> temporary lights, cones and speed restriction through the dickys road and coutts island road intersection have been there for 3 weeks now with no worker activity nor any obstruction in the road. the cones are continuously knocked over into the middle of the road creating hazards on a blind corner. there were works there 4 weeks ago but they have not been back since. The lights are a nuisance needlessly stopping traffic on a timer and the cones have become hazardous with no real purpose.
