> This flag is leaning over too far onto the pedestrian walkway, I had to either walk into it, walk around it or duck down under it. I have good eyesight and saw it but others using the walkway may not. People should be able to use this pedestrian walkway without hindrance of flag flapping around in our faces. Please address this with the cafe involved. Thankyou
